- Billing Data: Subscription and payment processing are handled securely by our third-party partner, Polar.sh. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
- Authentication Data: User credentials are encrypted and stored securely within our database.

Your security is our priority. DocRelay is designed so that we never access your documents.
- Native Uploads: Documents uploaded directly to DocRelay are stored in secure AWS S3 buckets.
- Third-Party Integration: If you link documents from Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox, access is managed directly by those providers via OAuth or their respective authorization methods.
- No Manual Review: Our team does not view, open, or monitor the content of your document packets.

We use your data strictly to:
- Facilitate the document review and approval workflow.
- Manage your account and subscription.
- Send automated email notifications via Resend (e.g., "A document is ready for your review").
- Provide customer support and technical assistance.
